Norton Bonaparte has been the City Manger of Sanford Florida since September 2011. Shortly after beginning his service in Sanford Trayvon Martin was shot and killed. This episode is not so much about what happened in that incident, which has been covered many times over, but it is about the lessons learned, and what every city leader needs to know about preparing for the unexpected.
