Everyone benefits if you are open to a multi-study agreemant. OnPointe Insights benefits by having a long-term repeat city customer. You benefit from ongoing tracking or research solutions for multiple projects while preserving budget funds.

Some cities choose to alternate CityPOV with another survey type that fits their specific needs. This may include a business survey (BizPOV), an employee survey (StaffPOV) or a full-custom solution. We will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want.
If you are a small city or town (population <~10,000) or just on a tight budget, we recommend CityPOV Lite. It has most of the features of CityPOV but slightly more economical costing only $13,960 for a single survey and $9,960 per survey for a three-study commitment.

City POV Timing
CityPOV projects take approximately 10-12 weeks to complete. This includes survey design, fielding, analysis, dashboard creation, and final presentations.
We do the heavy lifting and collaborate as needed along the way. You focus on running the city and we’ll take as little of your time as possible.
